TRADES TRAINING programs
The Spokane Home Builder Association is ensuring a future worker pipeline for residential construction by collaborating with area schools and industry leaders to offer curriculum and hands-on training programs for students and adults seeking employment in the trades.
Youth Programs
Frame Your Future is working with middle schools and high schools in Eastern Washington to introduce construction-based curriculum, facilitate hands-on projects to give students exposure to the trades, and provide career pathway guidance for residential construction.
Adult Programs... COMING SOON!
Adult job seekers in Eastern Washington will soon be able to retrain or skill-up by completing a 2-week construction bootcamp and also a 4 to 6 week residential construction project.
