2-WEEK BUILDER BOOTCAMP
LAUNCHING IN 2023- Adult workers seeking employment in the trades will be screened and receive basic construction & safety training over the course of two weeks to help ensure quality work-ready job candidates for entry-level positions in construction.
On-the-job training (ojt)
LAUNCHING IN 2023- Another service launching soon is the OJT program which will help connect adult job seekers with SHBA members looking to hire full or part-time entry-level workers. Adult job candidates will be screened and receive training in construction basics and worksite safety to ensure quality job-ready candidates.
