Frame Your Future, brought to you by the Spokane Home Builders Association, is building a stronger worker training pipeline for residential construction in Eastern Washington by collaborating with area schools and industry leaders to offer construction-based curriculum and hands-on training programs for students and adults seeking employment in the trades.
Our dedicated team is working on behalf of the home building community and the SHBA Board of Trustees to launch transformative workforce development initiatives to fortify a worker training pipeline for residential construction in Eastern Washington.
